Southeast Asia (SEA) Games 7s 2019 rugby for Women and Men will be held in the Manila, the Philippines from 6-8 December 2019.

The SEA Games Rugby 7s 2019 will be played from 7-8 December 2019 in Clark. The Philippines will host the 30th edition of the South East Asian Games from the 30th November to 11th December 2019.

The week-long tournament U19 Championship includes the top four U19 teams in Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Chinese Taipei and Korea.
